Loggers

Terms of Service

The rules for using Loggers. We kept them short and readable.

Acceptance

By using Loggers, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

If you don't agree with these terms, don't use the service. We may update them from time to time — see the Changes section below.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
Keep your account information accurate and up to date
One account per person — don't create multiple accounts

Your content

You own everything you upload or create in Loggers. We don't claim any rights to your content.

You grant Loggers a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you. We don't use your content for anything else.

You can delete your content at any time. When you do, we remove it from our servers. Account deletion permanently removes all your data.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use Loggers for:

Illegal activity or content that violates applicable law
Harassment, hate speech, or threatening behavior
Distributing malware or attempting to compromise security
Automated scraping or bulk data extraction
Impersonating another person or organization

Termination

Self-service account deletion is actively under development. Until then, contact us and we'll handle it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

If we terminate your account, we'll give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data, unless the violation is severe enough to require immediate action.

Liability

Loggers is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or that nothing will ever go wrong.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost data due to circumstances beyond our control, or issues caused by third-party services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
